POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS
Custom cakes require a minimum 7 to 10 day notice. The order must be placed and confirmed on the phone or in person. Email inquiries are for quotes only and will not be considered an order. No changes can be made to orders within 48 hours of the due date. Any issues with your cake and decor must be addressed in person at the shop. Once the cake has left the premises, it becomes the consumer’s sole responsibility. If there are issues with a cake after it has left the property, and a decorator is available, there can be touch ups made for a fair and reasonable fee to the customer.
If you have a cake pick up on a Saturday, our cake decorators are on premises from 10am-2pm and all orders are to be picked up during this time. Touch-ups cannot be made if the cake is not picked up during this time.
We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of pick-up via phone or email, of your concern and return your dessert to us on our next business day. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.
Deposit Required For All Orders
All custom cake orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable. If your order is cancelled with a one week notice or more, the amount of your deposit can be applied to a future order. If your order is cancelled with 48 hours or less notice, there will be no monetary return.
Allergy And Artistic License Disclaimer
We advise all customers with allergies to proceed with caution. We have a small kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination in our kitchen.
You may provide us an inspiration photo for your cake, however, we will not create an exact replica of work done by other cake artists.
